Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau offers several complimentary programs specially tailored to provide overseas registered participants with various experiences of Tokyo and its vicinity; from nature and culture to other attractions. (The tour courses are subject to change).

“YUKATA” Experience& & Asakusa Walking Tour
Wearing traditional YUKATA, participants will experience traditional Japanese culture and enjoy the downtown atmosphere of the elegant streets of Asakusa.

Meiji Shrine & Shibuya SKY
Meiji Jingu Shrine has a dense forest-like precinct in the middle of Tokyo. SHIBUYA SKY, on the other hand, is an open-air observatory 229 meters high, offering spectacular views of Tokyo.

TOKYO Tower & Odaiba Area
After relaxing and enjoying the view from the observation deck located 150 meters above the Tokyo Tower, visitors will walk over the Rainbow Bridge to explore the Odaiba area.

TOKYO River Cruise & Hamarikyu Gardens
Through a cruise on the Sumida River, you will see scenery from downtown Asakusa to other parts of the city. You can discover a world separate from the high rise buildings of the city at the beautiful Hamarikyu Gardens.

“teamLab Planets” & Zojoji Temple
“teamLab Planets”, located in Toyosu, has various immersive genre-blending galleries and installations. You will also visit one of the famous traditional temples, Zojoji.

TOKYO CITY VIEW & Omoide Yokocho
After enjoying the view from the Tokyo City View observation deck on the 52nd floor, visitors will visit “Memories Yokocho,” a famous shopping street that has continued since the postwar era, and enjoy the bustling drinking district.

Kanda Shrine & “Senkyakubanrai”
After visiting Kanda Shrine, which was founded approximately 1,300 years ago in present-day Otemachi, visitors will enjoy food, shopping, and other activities at “Senkaku Banrai,” a recreation of an Edo period townscape.

TOKYO SKY TREE & TOKYO Solamachi
After enjoying the view from the Sky Tree, the world's tallest radio tower, visitors will spend a time at Tokyo Solamachi, which houses a planetarium, an aquarium, restaurants, and more than 300 stores.

Amezaiku is the Japanese craft of lollipop-making, which dates back to the 700s when artisans made mouthwatering and artistic lollipops to be presented as gifts.

“Sado", also known as "chanoyu", is the traditional, ritualized preparation and serving of powdered green tea by a host for the enjoyment of his or her appreciative guests.
