How to apply
At CINP 2024, a Take Free Corner will be set up during the conference period. If you wish to distribute promotional materials for related academic societies, please understand Material installation regulations and submitted application form the following button below before the deadline.

Material installation regulations
- We may refuse to display or install a bulletin board in the corner if it is judged to be unrelated or inappropriate to this society, or if an application has not been submitted.
- If it is determined that the materials are irrelevant to this conference or inappropriate, or if no advance application has been made, we reserve the right to refuse place materials on the corner.
- The order of material installation will be left to the discretion of the Local Congress Secretariat.
- After the conclusion of the conference on the final day at 17 o’clock, any remaining documents will be disposed of by the Local Congress Secretariat.
- When sending the package, please make sure to print the designated shipping label in color and affix it to each package before sending it.
- The number of sheet and size of installation materials will be limited to the following.
Poster: Just 1 copy（less than A2 size (420mm x 594mm), Portrait only）
Flyers/leaflets/pamphlets: Up to 100 copies（less than A4 size (210mm x 297mm)）
After submitting email, Local Congress Secretariat will send you a confirmation email.
